Validity and renewal
A business registration is usually valid for one year and can be renewed for up to five years at once. The certificate must be renewed before the expiry date so that the business stays lawful.

The registration fee differs by the type and period of registration. Registering through Ezbiz Online is faster because the entrepreneur can fill in details, upload documents and pay online without queuing at a counter.
